CUSTOM RESIDENTAL LIGHTING DESIGN SAMPLE PROJECT

We have completed many residential projects for countless customers. With many of the jobs we take on, there are a variety of services that we apply for the customer's benefit. One such project is well represented by the new construction home of Steve Helm and Catherine McCabe.

This approximately 5500 square foot, wood construction home is in the development at Palmetto Bay. Vegas Electric was responsible for the complete design, layout, and installation of every aspect of this residential distribution system, including lighting design and specification. For the outdoor systems, we provided lighting control with both automatic and manual override. In addition, we did custom circuit separation so that the 5kw backup generator we installed could be fitted with an automatic transfer panel.

Like many people who build their dream homes in the tropics, these good people needed to accomplish much of the construction while unable to be here on the island. We were happy to help them achieve an overall positive experience by providing professional and dependable service for our aspect of their home construction.
