Sample Potable Water Project
We operate our business on an island surrounded by salt water, and we hold it to be fact that clean, fresh water is our most precious resource. For our customers who are fortunate enough to be able to sink a successful well, we can install both free-flow and pressurized systems. We can monitor for high and low voltage, and protect against both of those conditions, in addition to protecting submersible pumps against a dry-well scenario.
At Sundancer Cabanas, we completely redesigned the entire pressure system at this rental/timeshare 30-unit community. We put in a reverse osmosis purification system, including wiring and plumbing. Power quality monitoring was provided to protect all the three-phase motors and pumps. We put in switchable dual control for fully automatic selection between the redundant water systems. The cisterns received all automatic level controls, and we recently replaced a failed submersible pump and upgraded the protection against a dry-well situation.
We are also experts in solar water pumping applications (see Renewable Energy Products and Services) and are well versed in all the new and existing renewable energy systems as they relate to getting, keeping, and making fresh, clean water.
